Testing Accommodations Information 

The screen magnification system used with the actual test provides the following functions accessed by keyboard:
  • activate/deactivate magnifier
  • increase/decrease magnification (the increases and decreases are in "jumps," with the lowest magnification set at twice original size)
  • scroll right, left, up, or down
  • jump to left, right, top, or bottom edge.

In addition to the keyboard features, a "pan-hand" can be operated using the mouse, allowing for smooth panning of the screen. When the screen is magnified, scrolling or panning is necessary in order to view the entire screen. Text is not re-wrapped. Higher magnification levels result in fewer words being on the screen at any time. The magnification system does not include any highlighting or audio features or any inset locator window. Graphics will become jagged at high magnification
